Account Records

Monitor, view and print all your important account records — including trade confirmation reports, monthly or quarterly account statements, and tax documents such as 1099 forms. Your account records are stored online in .pdf format, so they can be easily downloaded to your personal computer for long-term storage. Your documents will be available to you online for the following terms:

Trade Confirmations - 90 days
Statements - 2 years
Tax Documents - 5 years

Download your account data directly to Microsoft© Money 2007, Quicken©, or Excel. Money 2007 and Quicken automatically consolidate your online accounts in one place. Stay on top of credit and debt while keeping daily finances simple. Or export all your data into an Excel file to be saved on your computer.

Account Sharing

You can "share" your TradeKing account with trusted family members or friends. Grant this view-only access of your account information by entering the Login ID and Last Name of the TradeKing client with whom you wish to share your account.
